Needless to say, you cannot avoid hearing about this in the news. Pray not only for protection and healing but for wisdom for those who are authority as they work to protect people. Let this not be an occasion for panic but an occasion where the Church can show God’s love as it has during past epidemics. Pray that wisdom and sound minds rule and this is not an occasion to foment political unrest.
